What Does Human Resources Do?
The Human Resources department is responsible for the vital personnel issues within Santo Domingo Tribal Programs including:
- Recruitment
- Selection and retention
- Employee development and training
- Benefits administration
- Classification and compensation
- Disciplinary and grievance procedures
- Performance appraisal system
- Risk management
- Worker’s compensation administration

HR makes sure employees feel supported, satisfied, and motivated, so they put in their best work every day and become productive. Productive employees can help an organization meet its goals and continue to grow, producing remarkable success. We ensured that the organization takes care of employees physically and mentally each day.
Staff
Human Resource is a division of an organization that deals with hiring, workforce planning, performance management and people. The main function of Human Resource is to interact with employees at various levels to sustain a productive workplace for both the management and the employees. The division is responsible for monitoring several processes in addition to closely working with employees to ensure compliance, organizing and coordinating collaborative initiatives.
